USPS U.S Domestic Orders (1-3 Business days after processing time) We use USPS Priority Mail on all orders placed within the
United States charge a $12 flat rate to ship all orders. You have up to 24 hours after placing your order to cancel. Cancellation requests submitted after 24 hours will not be granted. Orders shipping to FPO/APO addresses must ship via USPS Priority Mail. Please note that we are not responsible for any shipping/delivery delays.We encourage our customers to allow ample time for delivery as well as unplanned delays. If your order has already shipped and you contact us within an address change, you are responsible for the additional shipping charges.
All orders are running a 2-3 business day processing/production time.
Please note that weekends and holidays do not count as business days.
Once your order is processed you will receive an email notification that it has been shipped.
Delivery cost may vary depending upon travel distances. The delivery of certain orders may be subject to a delivery fee charged of the applicable merchant member or third party delivery service provider.
Delivery fees are nonrefundable.
Curl patterns will stick together if not properly maintained and cleansed often. You will inevitably develop matting and tangling which always leads to shedding, if you allow leave-in conditioners or other hair care products too often and without routinely cleaning the hair.
You should for your hair extensions better than you would care for your hair! Your natural hair comes from your scalp, thus is able to receive nutrients from you to grow and remain healthy. Once this hair was cut from the donor, it no longer has been able to receive those nutrients, so it is your job to give the hair the moisture it requires! (Don't forget to moisturize Don't Forget to moisturize)
Make sure to wrap your hair at night! Your hair extensions are an investment and you want to keep your investment for years to come. It is highly recommended to use the pineapple method at night and to wrap your hair with a silk or satin scarf.
Heat can be used to alter or loosen the curl pattern of your hair but please be mindful of flat ironing and/or blow drying make sure to use on freshly conditioned hair!
How To Care For Hair Extensions
To prevent shedding from your hair; seal your wefts and try to prevent from cutting the wefts (only cut wefts if needed); this will allow your bundles to last longer.
Deep Condition your bundles twice a month for 2-4 hours a time. The more Deep Conditioning the better.
Do NOT comb your bundles while dry; always comb the hair while wet with a wide tooth-comb or paddle brush.
During nighttime do not sleep on wet. Always sleep with satin scarf of silk pillow.
When washing your bundles always use lukewarm water for retaining of the moisture and nutrients in your bundles.
For daily maintenance of Curly Textures (Brazilian Deep Wave, Curly, Peruvian Deep Wave, Curly, Malaysian Deep Wave, Malaysian Curly & Cambodian Natural Wave) of achieving the “WET & WAVY LOOK” follow these helpful steps:
Pick your Leave In-Conditioner of choice
Mix the Leave In-Conditioner with a spray bottle
Spray onto the bundles (make sure the tresses are damp)
Comb through with a wide tooth comb beginning at the ends and working your way to your scalp.
Then begin to scrunch your hair gently to reform the curls.
Let hair air-dry then style the tresses as desired.
In order to best accommodate the needs of all our clients, a 24-hour cancellation notice is required for all services. You will be charged up to 25% of services for any appointments canceled after 24 hours. Late Arrival Policy In order to best accommodate the needs of all our clients, we reserve the right to request that you reschedule your appointment for a later date if you are more than 15 minutes late. Booking Policy We require a credit card to reserve your appointment for all online services. For booking in the salon, the following services have to be reserved on a credit card: Keratin Treatment, Hair Extensions and any service over 2 hours. We require a 25% deposit on the services. Payment Policy We accept Visa, MasterCard, and cash. Gratuity is not included in services. Gratuity is accepted in the form of cash or may be added to the credit card charged.
